If you want to see the harm that fundamentalist religion can do to a person's mental state, you need look no further than Talibangelist Trumpanzee, Robin Bullock, of Youth Force Ministries Church International, who is now seeing things that aren't there and finding Satan lurking in everything.

Of course, as usual with Talibangelists who earn their living exploiting the fears and prejudices of vulnerable people who have been raised with a morbid theophobic psychosis as part of their fundamentalist conditioning, and since the line between insanity and religiosity is often blurred or non-existent, it is difficult to tell whether these are simply fantasies designed to appeal to his credulous audience or the genuine signs of clinical psychosis and evidence of the harm that religious fanaticism can do, so I'll leave readers to decide that for themselves.

Troubled, no doubt, by his manifest failure as a prophet of God with his false prophesies of a Donald Trump win in 2020, self-styled prophet Robin Bullock told viewers of the far right, Christian website, ElijahList.com, that the 2008 Democratic Convention set was modelled on the Throne of Satan:

They built this throne and it was replica'ed after the Throne of Satan in Berlin — the Pergamon Throne... Look at the stars and stripes hanging there and Satan's Throne is above the stars. Look at it...

So, Barack Obama, when he walked out on that stage, and said, "A righteous wind is at our back", and the crowds go wild, he is standing on a replica of the Throne of Satan, or the Altar of Baal, or the Throne of Zeus. He's standing there!

It's difficult to make out what he's raving about here unless he's referring to the Altar of Zeus in the Pergamon Museum, Berlin which houses historic pre-Christian Greek relics from the ancient city of Pergamon. Whatever he thinks it looks like, it looks nothing like the set of the 2008 Democratic Convention - at least not to a normal person.

As with many self-styled Televangelist Prophets of God, Bullock has no qualms about misrepresenting the Bible and claiming verses say things they don't say, safe in the knowledge that his dupes won't know the Bible and won't check. For example, he told his audience that Jesus named Barak Obama as Satan in Luke 10:18. (Spoiler alert! He didn't). Neither the word Barak nor Obama appear anywhere in the Bible and Luke 10:18 reads "And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven." Bullock is either bearing false witness about the Bible again or has a private version of it.

Or maybe seeing words that aren't there or hidden meanings in words that are there, is part of the same psychiatric condition that sees the 'Throne of Satan' in a stage set, because it looks like a model in a building in Berlin that it bears little or no resemblance too, and which may or may not be an accurate model in the first place.

Only last week Bullock announced that President Biden has the sign of demonic possession in the form of 'slotted serpent eyes' (Biden's eyes are perfectly normal) and that when he whispers, he is 'channelling the voice of a demonic spirit'.

Regular readers of this blog might remember how last March, false prophet, Bullock announced that President Joe Biden wasn't really there (so couldn't have won the November election). So we now have the interesting situation of someone who isn't there having slotted serpent eyes and channelling demonic spirits! Such is the nutty world and turbulent mind of a failed Prophet of God.

In April he declared that all LGBTQ people were really evangelical Christians but Satan had taken possession of them to prevent them spreading the good news of Jesus.

Also in April he announced that God had given him authority to recall Donald Trump to the White House and had offered to forgive Joe Biden if he confessed his 'sin' (i.e. winning when Bullock had prophesied he would lose) and renounced his claim to the presidency.

In May, he informed his dupes that Barak Obama had planned the Coronavirus pandemic in preparation for Hilary Clinton becoming president so they could destroy America 'as foretold in the Book of Revelation' (written long before America existed, hence America is never mentioned in it).

And again last May, on a subject about which he was obviously becoming hypersensitive, he threatened that people who laugh at him and his false prophesies will be made insane by God who doesn't like his prophets being laughed at.

At this rate of descent into the world of grandiose delusion and paranoia, it would not be at all surprising to learn that Bullock has taken up involuntary residence in a facility where he can receive the skilled mental health care that seems long overdue.

Or maybe he knows he hasn't yet found the lower level of credulity of his audience.
