Of course it would be wrong to suggest that all Trump's supporters and staffers share his lack of moral scruples in sexual matters, but this one certainly did.
In fact, when he was working for the Senate Republican Conference and Christian pro-life groups, and designing social media ads for Donald Trump's Make America Great Again Committee and Donald J Trump for President, Inc., Ruben A. Verastigui was also trading in child pornography and telling his online pal and fellow paedophile:

D.C. Metropolitan Police arrested Ruben A. Verastigui on Friday after an investigation revealed he allegedly “distributed, received, and possessed images of child pornography” between March 2020 and February 2021. Jared Holt, resident fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab, first reported Verastigui’s arrest on Twitter.Verastigui has also worked for several evangelical Christian anti-abortion groups, including March for Life, Students for Life America, Live Action and Susan B Anthony list. He can be seen addressing one such group in this video.
Verastigui, who posted a photo of himself at the White House just two months ago, worked for the Senate Republican Conference until July 2020, according to his LinkedIn. The investigation into his alleged offenses took place while he was still working for the GOP.
News of his arrest came in a brief announcement by the DC Metropolitan Police Department:

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Youth and Family Services Division, Internet Crimes Against Children Unit, the Northern Virginia Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, and Homeland Security Investigations announce an arrest has been made in a Distribution of Child Pornography offense that occurred in Washington, DC.
Between March 2020 and February 2021, an investigation revealed the suspect distributed, received and possessed images of child pornography.
On Friday, February 5, 2021, 27 year-old Ruben Verastigui, of Northeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Distribution of Child Pornography.
As I said, it would be wrong to suggest that Verastigui is typical of the sort of people whom Trump attracted to work with and for him, but it is possibly instructive that people like Verastigui often float to the top in the stinking cess pool that Trump turned the White House into, as well as in fundamentalist evangelical Christian circles where moral decency seems to be something other people should conform to.
