Jimmy L. Naylor, American Christian evangelist, missionary and former marine has an interesting new approach when bringing the good news of Jesus to the Godless heathens of Ugandans.
According to this report by Carla Herriria in Huffington Post, he punched and slapped the hotel staff at Kampala's Grand Imperial Hotel, called then n****rs and threatened to kill them.
In this four-minute video, missionary Jim can be seen physically and verbally abusing the staff and telling them:
Fuck Uganda! I’ve come to love Uganda, I’ve come to help Uganda, but Uganda hates Jesus through this son-of-a-bitch. You obey what I say!... I don’t obey you. You understand me? Open my goddamn room. N****r bitch!
After he began physically attacking the member of staff, another hotel employee tried to intervene to calm the situation down but Naylor continued his attack, presumably believing that this was what Jesus would do to teach Ugandan's to love their enemies and turn the other cheek. But maybe Naylor has his own private Bible where physical and verbal abuse, racism and humiliation are the recommended methods for bringing the love of Jesus into people's lives.
Throughout the attack, the staff remained calm and didn't retaliate, even though severely provoked. One wonders who was teaching whom about morality and loving thy neighbour as thyself.
According to Kampala police, Naylor continued his attacks when arrested, spat at the arresting police officer and became violent and difficult to control. He was taken to a police station in Kampala where he eventually told police that his behaviour was caused by stress.
One hopes that this is not typical behaviour for evangelical Christians and American Christian missionaries when life becomes stressful as they teach the godless heathens of the world how good, God-fearing Christians should behave.
