Shane Vaughn, First Harvest Ministries
Readers may remember Talibangelical Trumpanzee nut-job and self-appointed Prophet of God, Shane Vaughn, who was one of my sample of three Trumpanzee false prophets. Vaughn had prophesied a Trump win in November 2020 and was, like the many other false prophets who did likewise, desperately trying to explain why his false prophesy wasn't actually false and that he really had, despite all the evidence, related God's inerrant word to his
Vaughn had earlier prophesied that Trump would never be impeached, after he had already been impeached the first time and shortly before he became the only president in American history to be impeached twice.
He also claimed that Trump losing in November had all been part of God's plan, so that Trump can serve twelve terms! Seriously!
Now Vaughn is claiming he has been given a special mission by God “to raise my voice against the sin of the Biden administration". Comparing himself to the biblical prophet, Elijah and Kamal Harris to Jezebel, and revealing his obsession with Kamal Harris (not a hint of racism or misogyny there, obviously!) he told his followers:
Elijah was called by God to reveal the corruption in Israel. The government at that time was being led by a jezebel, her name was Jezebel—not Kamala, but Jezebel. Our current governmental leader, her name is Jezebel too, but it’s Kamala Jezebel. Elijah was called to reveal their anti-God agenda in the land of Israel with Jezebel and Ahab. And Elijah did his job. He lifted his voice, he was a pastor to the conservative movement of Israel, he was a pastor in that day and age to those that were trying to please God and do the right thing. But something very sad happened to this great man of God, Elijah; he became so intimidated by the left—her name is Jezebel, she was the government—he became so intimidated by her influence and her fear tactics; she literally scared this man of God to death, so much so that the next day he ran 16 miles to get away from her influence. And the sad thing is he lost out on his ministry to the nation of Israel. I want everyone watching me to know this: God called me to raise my voice against the sin of the Biden administration.It's literally hilarious to imagine a man running 16 miles after being 'literally scared to death'! Maybe another example of spontaneous resurrection?
It may be remembered that, according the story in the Bible (2 Kings 9:30-36), Jezebel, the archetypal wanton woman, was murdered by being thrown from a window, trampled by horses and eaten by dogs, for the 'sin' of wearing eye makeup during the bloody coup d’état, organised by Elisha (not Elijah) when Jehu overthrew Joram as king of Israel. Elisha was the prophet who called up 42 she-bears to kill and eat some children for laughing at his bald head.
We can only marvel at the 'objective morality' that inspires Talibangelicals like Shane Vaughn.
Apart from the 'sin' of having a female VP in his administration, and vaguely hinting at corruption, Vaughn leaves his dupes to work out for themselves what this 'sin of the Biden adminstration' is.
We can expect lots more lunacy from this particular Talibangelical false prophet!
